房屋顶棚质量事故分析及预防措施

The paper was introduced common house ceiling quality accidents, and analyzed reasons of hollowing shedding, crack and deformation. Finally, the paper was put forward specific measures of avoiding and reducing accidents from aspects of design and construction.%　　介绍了房屋顶棚常见质量事故，分析了顶棚出现空鼓脱落、裂缝、变形等质量问题产生的原因，从设计、施工等方面提出了避免和减少顶棚事故出现的具体措施。
