一种挤压机挤压筒起吊装置

摘要

分析了挤压筒传统起吊方式存在的问题，并通过与挤压筒起吊装置进行对比，得出一种挤压机挤压筒起吊装置的结构由于燕尾槽上全部圆角过渡，不会产生应力集中，同时不会破坏挤压筒整体结构功能，避免挤压筒吊装过程中事故的发生，提高了生产工作效率。%The author analyzed the existing problems of traditional lifting methods of extruder. Through comparing with lifting appliance of container, the author obtained a extruder barrel lifting device structure which didn’t produce stress concentration and will not damage the overall structure and function of the extrusion due to transition of dovetail groove, which avoided accidents in process of the lifting and improved production efficiency.
