论企业管理中的办公自动化系统

摘要

From the first generation office automation system, which focuses on structuralized data processing and is based on document system or relation-oriented database, to the fourth generation one that is oriented by application integration and decision-making, this system has been increasingly upgraded and its application scope is being expanded, which provides a more intelligent office environment for users and decision-makers. The paper analyzes this system’s applications and devel-opment.%　　从以结构化数据处理为中心、基于文件系统或关系型数据库系统的第一代办公自动化系统，到面向应用集成和决策支持的第四代办公自动化系统，办公自动化系统不断升级、不断拓展应用范围，为使用者和决策者提供了更智能的办公环境。文章对办公自动化系统的应用与发展进行了详细分析。
