物业管理信息系统的应用探索

From manual management stage to computer management, property management has made a great leap. Using computer to manage property not only improve the processing speed of property information, but also increase enterprises’e-conomic benefits. Based on Jizhi Property Management System, the paper analyzes the practical application of computer in property management.%　　物业管理从手工管理阶段进入计算机管理阶段是一个较大的飞跃，利用计算机进行物业管理，不仅能提高物业信息处理速度，而且还能增加企业的经济效益。文章以极致物业管理系统为例，分析计算机在物业管理工作中的实际应用。
