建筑施工现场安全管理创新点探析

摘要

安全生产是建筑施工企业管理的重点和难点。作为引发事故的基本因素，人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态，以及起因物、致害物和伤害方式相互联系，成为建筑施工现场的安全隐患。基于“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，文章以某大学施工中毒事故为例，分析建筑施工现场存在的安全隐患，并提出创新安全管理的策略。%Safety production is the emphasis and difficulty for the management of construction enterprises. As the basic fac-tors that cause an accident, people’s unsafe behavior, the insecure status of objects, cause things, damage things and harms way connect with each other, all of them can become the potential safety risk in construction site. Based on the policy of“safety first, prevention first”, taking the poisoning accident occurring the construction in a university as an example, the paper analyzes the existing potential risk in construction site and puts forward the strategies of the innovation of safety management.
