The construction of the project construction is a complicated system engineering of multi- type of work and mul-ti-specialty. It must use scientific construction management approach to make the whole construction process smoothly and achieve the desired control objective, which plays an important role in improving construction quality, arranging project scheme reasonably, reducing the construction cost and achieving a safe and civilized construction.%　　建设工程项目的施工，是一项多工种、多专业的复杂系统工程。要使施工全过程顺利进行，以达到预期的控制目标，就必须用科学的施工管理方法，这对提高工程质量、合理安排工期、降低工程成本、实现安全文明施工起到了重要的作用。
