膜蒸馏与膜蒸馏工艺过程

摘要

介绍了膜蒸馏的基本原理及其特征和优点,描述了现有膜蒸馏工艺过程——直接接触膜蒸馏、空气隙膜蒸馏、气扫膜蒸馏、减压膜蒸馏、吸收膜蒸馏,以及新型膜蒸馏工艺过程——超滤膜蒸馏、鼓泡膜蒸馏、曝气膜蒸馏、多效膜蒸馏、耦合热泵减压多效膜蒸馏,并对新型膜蒸馏工艺过程进行评价,介绍了它们与现有膜蒸馏工艺相比的优点和解决的一些问题,最后对膜蒸馏工艺做了总结和展望,希望能够研发出针对不同产品的膜蒸馏工艺.%It was introduced the basic principle of membrane distillation and its character and merit,and described the membrane distillation technology process that it included DCMD,AGMD,SGMD,VMD,AMD,and new membrane distillation technology processes UFMD,BMD,ABMD,MEMD,HP-VMEMD.Also it was evaluated the new membrane distillation technology processes.It was introduced the merit and problem resolved of the new MD processes compared to the old ones.It summarized the MD technology,which expected researching and developing new MD technologies of different product.
