铁道车辆轮对超声波探伤定量分析的探讨

     

摘要

Through research on the fixed wave which can be collected in supersonic flaw detection on wheelsets for rolling stock, the "sample axle comparison method" and the quantitative analysis inspection technology are given, and the discussion of opcrabili-ty is made. It is pointed out that the "semi-quantitative" function of the supersonic flaw detection being exerted according to the geometrical features of work pieces is a point which must be considered in further improving the accuracy of flaw detection and developing the pratical supersonic flaw detector for wheel-sets of rolling stock.%通过对铁道车辆轮对超声波探伤时能采集到的固定波研究,提出了“样轴比较法”和定量分析检测工艺,并进行了可操作性探讨.指出根据工件的几何特征,发挥超声波探伤“半定量”的作用,是进一步提高探伤准确率和研制实用型铁道车辆轮对超声波探伤机必须考虑的问题.
