The samples was treated by HNO3, filtering to remove Pb. The residue of gold is decomposed by aqua regia and absorbed dynamically with active carbon column,and amount of gold is determined by atomic absorption determination. 5 samples in parallel are determined for 10 times, and the average results of the determination coincide with the result of fire assay, with 1.05%~2.15% RSD, and 97.6%~102.5% recovery rate of standard materials addition.%样品经 HNO3处理,过滤除去 Pb,残渣中的金经王水分解后,利用活性炭吸附柱动态吸附金,采用原子吸收法测定。对5个样品平行测定10次,平均值与火试金法测定结果相吻合,RSD(相对标准偏差)为1.05%~2.15%,加入标准物质回收率为97.6%~102.5%。
