电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定土壤中的速效钾

摘要

采用了电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪（ICP-OES）测定土壤中的速效钾，研究了仪器的工作条件以及样品的浸提时间。速效钾的方法检出限1.45 mg/kg，通过对国家一级标准物质11次分析，其相对标准偏差为2.66%～3.43%，相对偏差（RE）-2.72%～2.49%。该法灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简单、分析速度快。%Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer was applied to determination of exchangeable potassium in soil. Working conditions of the instrument and choice of leaching time were tested and optimized. The detection limit of exchangeable potassium was 1.45μg/g. The relative standard deviation of the method was 2.66%~3.43% and the relative deviation was -2.72%~2.49%, by eleven determinations of National Standard Reference materials. The method was high sensitivity, accurate, simple, rapid and suitable for determination of exchangeable potassium.
