河南省矿山土地复垦方案编制过程中几个问题探讨

摘要

This paper investigates four problems during the establishment of the mine-land reclamation project: confirmation of time limit of service, the choice of evaluation of land suitability, the measure of public participation in research and calculation of reserve’s price margin. Then, the treatment approaches are proposed, providing technical guidance for the mine-land reclamation project.%本文探讨了矿山土地复垦方案编制过程中有关方案服务年限确定、土地适宜性评价方法选择、公众参与调查方法、价差预备金的计算四个方面的问题，提出了针对此类问题可采取的主要措施方案，为编制矿山土地复垦方案提供技术指导。
