高型烧杯消解火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定地质样品中的银、铜、铅、锌

     

摘要

Put geological samples after weighing directly into a 50mL high type beaker, wetting with a small amount of water and add 15mL HCl and 5mL HNO3, then place it on the 160℃ electric heating plate to digest for 120 minutes, the heating aqua regia volume about 10-15 ml. And cool it to room temperature, then put into 50 ml volumetric flask, diluting to volume with water directly. After mixing and clarification, determinate silver, copper, lead, zinc by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. This method is simple, rapid, less reagent consumption and little harm to personnel and environment. It is verified by 7 times parallel determinations with 11 national standard substance, and the analysis results and the standard value are less than the relative error allowable that provided by "the specification of test quality management for geological laboratories (DZ/T 0130-2006)".The maximum relative standard deviation is 4.06%, so the results of this method are accurate and reliable and it can be used to detect large quantities of geological samples.%称量后的地质样品倒入50 mL高型烧杯中,用少量水润湿,加入20 mL王水,盖上表面皿,置于160℃电热板上加热消解120 min,加热后的王水的体积约为10~15 mL,冷却到室温后转入50 mL容量瓶中,直接用水稀释至刻度,混匀澄清后,使用火焰原子吸收分光光度仪分别对银、铜、铅和锌进行测定.方法简便快速,试剂消耗少,对操作人员和环境的危害小.方法经11个国家标准物质7次平行测定验证,分析结果与标准值的相对误差均小于DZ/T 0130—2006《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》中所规定的相对误差允许限,其中最大相对标准偏差4.06%,测定结果准确可靠,可用于大批量地质样品的检测.
