3S技术在太康县农村集体土地确权中的应用

摘要

Based on the practice of rural collective land property registration in Taikang, this paper briefly analyzes the application of 3S technology in rural collective land right. 3S technology is introduced in the land right process: through using high resolution satellite images (RS)and combines GIS technology to product base map, using GPS technology to measure ancestor grade and residential land parcel boundaries, combining ownership survey information, GIS software uses the spatial data and attribute data gained to construct collective land rights licensing database. Through the practices of this project, the paper analyzes the specific strengths and weaknesses of 3S’s application, and prospects 3S technology application in such projects.%本文结合太康县农村集体土地确权登记发证的实践，简要介绍了3S技术在农村集体土地确权中的应用。通过利用高分辨率遥感影像（RS）和GIS技术相结合制作工作底图，采用GPS技术对宗地和宅基地的界址进行量测，结合权属调查信息，将获取的空间数据和属性数据通过GIS软件进行集体土地确权发证数据库的建设。结合本项目，分析了3S技术具体应用中的优势和不足，展望了3 S技术在土地类项目中的应用前景。
