秭归县地质灾害预测预报成功经验初探

摘要

Zigui County in Hubei Province is frequency-occurring district of geological calamity.The paper carried out the policy of putting prevention first in accordance with preventing collision and goverance,makes up prediction preven-tion monitoring and early warning system of three grades of geological disasters,professional monitoring system of Three Gorges Reservoir and emergency response system.The geological disaster forecast forecast with remarkable results,has successfully predicted forecast of Qianjiangping landslide,Daling Station landslide and other major disaster danger.The experience has important reference significance.%秭归县是湖北省地质灾害多发区，近10多年来秭归县按照预防为主，避让与治理相结合，全面规划、突出重点的原则，构建了较为完善的县、乡、村三级地质灾害预测预防监测预警系统，三峡库区专业监测预警系统和突发事件应急系统，地质灾害预测预报工作成效显著，先后成功预测预报了千将坪滑坡、大岭电站杉树槽滑坡等重大灾害险情，其经验具有借鉴和推广价值。
