松南气田深部地层可钻性级值研究

     

摘要

The poor rock drillability of deep strata in Songnan gasfield has brought many difficulties to the drilling engineering. To achieve the goal of promoting drilling speed and decreasing drilling period, based on the analysis of the deficiencies of existing typi-cal rock drillability grade determination method, this paper used drilling equation to conduct research on strata drillability grade of Songnan gasfield and set up lengthways strata rock drillability profile in the area. Based on the research results, the selected bits achieved good results in field application. By calculating stratum drillability, this paper recommended the bits for Quantou forma-tion and Denglou formation in Songnan gasfield, the average mechanical drilling rate of which improved 30 % against that of previ-ous bits according to practical drilling results.%松南气田深部地层岩石可钻性差给钻井工程带来很大难度。为提高钻井速度,降低钻井周期,此次研究在分析现有典型岩石可钻性级值确定方法不足之处的基础上,选择钻速方程法来研究松南气田地层可钻性级值,建立了该地区纵向地层岩石可钻性剖面,以此为依据优选的钻头经现场应用取得良好的效果。通过计算出的地层可钻性,推荐了松南气田泉头组和登娄库组的钻头类型。实钻结果表明,推荐的钻头较前期使用钻头的平均机械钻速提高30%以上。
