黄桥区块地层可钻性评价及钻头选型研究

             

摘要

黄桥区块是华东局在下扬子地区重点勘探开发区块。区块中、古生界地层可钻性差,平均机械钻速2.95~3.37 m/h。为了提高钻井速度,开展了黄桥区块地层可钻性评价及钻头选型研究。应用钻速方程反求法,结合实际钻井数据进行统计分析和计算,建立了黄桥区块地层可钻性级值剖面;根据地层的可钻性级值分布范围及岩性特点,开展了钻头选型研究,在已钻井钻头使用情况统计分析的基础上,推荐了有利于提高黄桥区块机械钻速的钻头型号。%Huangqiao block is one of those most important blocks in Lower Yangtze region explored and developed by East China Petroleum Bureau. The rock drillability of Mesozoic and Palaeozoic formation was poor. The average penetration rate of this site only can reach 2.95~3.37 meters per hour. Formation drillability evaluation and bit type selection researches for huangqiao block were carried out for improving drilling rate. Reverse method of the drilling rate model was applied to establish the rock drillability profile of Huangqiao block on on-site drilling data. According to the distribution range and lithologic features of the drillability value, bit type selection was studied. Suitable bit selection in favour of improving drilling rate was recommended on the base of operating performance of used bit.
