为满足水平井压裂分段数增加的需求,在川西沙溪庙组气藏开展了水平井多级多簇分段压裂工艺研究和现场试验。通过综合考虑水平井多级多簇压裂施工压力和水平井临界携液流量,对川西沙溪庙组气藏多级多簇压裂水平井压裂管柱结构进行了优化,优化结果为多级多簇压裂水平井采取ϕ88.9 mm+ϕ73 mm组合管柱。通过计算分析表明,多级多簇压裂水平井组合管柱可以同时兼顾压裂大排量的施工和水平井排水采气需求。%To meet the demand of the increasing number of horizontal wells fracturing segment, multi-level and multi-stage fractur-ing of the horizontal wells are researched and tested in field of Shaximiao gas reservoir in west Sichuan. By considering the multi-level and multi-stage fracturing pressure and the liquid carrying critical flow rate of horizontal wells, fracturing string structure were optimized toϕ88.9 mm+ϕ73 mm tubing string. Calculation and analysis show that this tubing string structure can fulfill high volume fracturing and the drainage of horizontal wells.
