新海27块二次开发后期稳产技术对策研究

             

摘要

Xinhai-27 block is a conventional heavy oil reservoir with thick layered edge and bottom water. In 2004, aiming at the serious bottom water coning, rapid production decline and other prominent contradictions exposed in the development of the verti⁃cal well, the secondary development of horizontal wells were tested and popularized with 33 newly deployed horizontal wells which make the annual oil production of the fault block rise from 1×104 t to 12×104 t to be named the sample block. With the deepening of the secondary development, water content of horizontal wells of the basic well pattern of 33 wells gradually increased from 81.7 % to 94.4 %, the production declined with the daily oil production decline from 327 t to 182 t with 22 % annual production reducing, which showed the severe stable production situation. Aiming at this problem, the integrated use of three old data review, reservoir logging secondary evaluation, reservoir fine description with the combination of well-log and seismic, and horizontal well deployment boundary research helpt to systematically carry out the stable production countermeasure research of reserves in⁃crease, horizontal well built and inefficient horizontal well management. In this block, the geological reserves newly increased by 464×104 t, the deployment of horizontal wells increased by 39 wells while 21 wells have been applied, the 3 inefficient wells were managed, and the new oil production capacity was 312 t. Thereby, continuous stable production for 8 years with the annual output of 8×104 t came true.%新海27块为一厚层状边底水普通稠油油藏,2004年针对直井开发所暴露出的底水锥进严重、产量递减快等突出矛盾,开展了水平井二次开发试验及推广,整体部署并投产水平井33口,使断块年产油由1×104 t上升至12×104 t,被评为股份公司二次开发示范区块。随着二次开发的不断深入,33口基础井网水平井含水逐渐上升,由81.7%上升到94.4%,产量逐渐下降,日产油由327 t降至182 t,年递减22%,稳产形势十分严峻。针对这一问题,综合运用三老资料复查、储层测井二次评价、井震结合储层精细描述以及水平井部署技术界限研究等手段,系统开展了增储、建产、低效水平井治理一体化稳产技术对策研究,区块新增石油地质储量464×104 t,扩大部署水平井39口,已实施21口,治理低效水平井3口,新增日产油能力312 t,实现了年产油8×104 t连续稳产8年。
