根据地方高校的办学特点,经过广泛调研,建立了电气信息基础课示范实验室的建设思路.以学生创新精神培养为目标,改革实验教学体系,构建了模块化层次化的实验课程体系,平台化的功能型实验室,团队化的实验教师队伍,人性化的运行管理体系,大大地改善了教与学的软硬件环境.改革效果表明,学生的实践动手能力和创新精神得到了显著提高,实验室实现了对学生递进式的三层次能力培养的目标.%According to the characteristics of local university to run a school, construction ideas of the electric information elementals demonstration laboratory were established. To cultivate students ' innovative spirit, the experimental teaching system was reformed, that hierarchical modularity experiment curriculum system, the functional platform, experimental teachers team and humanized management system were build, which greatly improved the hardware and software environment of the teaching and learning. The results of reform show that the students' practical ability and creative spirit are improved greatly, and the ability training goal of the three levels progressive type is realized.
