浅析目标管理在高校实验室管理中的应用

     

摘要

As one of the important teaching places in colleges and universities,the laboratory has played a vital role in teaching and researching activities.However,traditional methods of management cannot catch up with the rapid development and constructions of laboratories in higher education.Therefore,based on reflections on current management of laboratories and analyses on possibilities and feasibilities of applications of target management,this paper is attempting to put forward the following effective ways of implementing target management in laboratories,and provide some theoretical references for construction of laboratories management system:to set up organizational structure of target management in college laboratories;to run incentive mechanism and communication mechanism;to apply both qualitative and quantitative assessment models and construct evaluation system centered on working performance.%实验室作为高校开展教育教学活动的重要场所,在科研活动中扮演着关键性的角色.随着高校实验室建设的飞速发展,实验室传统管理方法已不能完全适应新形势下的工作要求.介绍了高校实验室管理现状,对实施目标管理的必要性和可行性进行了分析,提出了实施高校实验室目标管理的有效途径.设立高校实验室目标管理组织结构;运行激励机制、沟通机制;采取定性定量相结合的考核模式,构建以工作实绩为核心的绩效评价机制等,为高校实验室管理体系的科学构建提供了一定的理论参考.
