地方高校参与区域高技能人才培养机制研究

摘要

Regional high-skilled talents cultivation should follow the principles of government orientation, enterprises domi- nation and universities participation. Based on the principles, original universities can provide the imPortant platform and links in the regional high-skilled talents cultivation due to its specific function in talents cultivation. In order to further promote regional high-skilled talents cultivation, regional universities, particularly new ones, should make clear plans and actively participate in regional high-skilled talents cultivation.%区域高技能人才的培养要坚持“政府主导、企业主体、高校参与相结合”的原则。基于这一原则，地方高校在区域高技能人才培养中要体现平台和纽带作用，成为区域高技能人才培养环节的重要承载体。为更好地推动区域高技能人才的培养，地方高校必须理顺关系、明确定住，积极参与区域高技能人才培养。
