高等教育发展代价补偿与教育公正

摘要

Costs are indispensable in the process of development of higher education, but we must avoid the loss due to errors in decision-making as far as possible. Because of the current conditions of time and space, we cannot avoid losses beforehand. So we should actively attempt to compensate the person whose benefits got infringed. Only through combining ad- vanced avoidance and post compensation measures, can we minimize the cost expenditure of higher education development and realize hieber education fairness and sustainable development.%高等教育发展过程当中，成本性的代价投入不可缺少，但由于人为决策失误造成的损失性代价则要尽可能地加以避免。由于客观的时空条件限制而实在无法进行事前规避的代价，则要积极创造条件对相应的代价承受主体，也就是相对利益受损者实施事后利益补偿。只有通过事前规避与事后补偿相结合的措施，才有可能最大限度地减少高等教育发展的代价支出，实现高等教育的公正与可持续发展。
