专业学位研究生教育立用性的缺失及其对策

摘要

在社会转型和就业压力的双重作用下，人才培养如何更好地满足社会需求，已成为研究生教育改革的当务之急。文章分析了目前专业学位研究生培养应用性缺失的表现，并提出专业学位研究生教育的发展应明确以应用型人才为主的培养目标，要采取有效举措对应用型培养目标进行科学规划与指导。%Under the pressure of social transition and employment, it has become the urgent affair for graduate education to satisfy the society＇s talent need adequately. This article proposes that ＂applied type＂ talent training is the motivation of professional master＇s degree graduate education, ＂applied type＂ talent training goal should be clearly made, and effective measures should be adopted for realizing the scientific planning and guiding for training goal.
