论行业垄断对大学生就业的影响

摘要

我国日益突出的行业垄断对大学生就业产生了不利影响，表现在行业垄断减少了大学生就业机会、降低了大学生就业收入和损害了大学生就业公平。因此，解决大学生就业难问题的有效途径就在于打破行业垄断，建立公平的就业竞争机制。%The increasingly apparent industrial monopoly has several negative impacts on graduates＂ employment, such as decreased opportunities for employment, reduced income and inequality in employment. Effective methods to cope with difficulties in employment of graduates include breaking up the industrial monopoly and establishing a fair-based competition mechanism in employment.
