基于大学生就业力提升的创业教育驱动机制研究

大学生就业难是劳动力市场的结构性矛盾，即大学生供给与劳动力市场需求无法有效匹配。经济的转型升级需要大量的创造性人才，迫切要求高校开展创业教育。为此，只有建立大学生就业力的创业教育驱动机制，通过创业意识、精神、知识、技能、实习、实战等实践来提高大学生的就业力，才能满足劳动力市场的需要，为转变经济发展方式提供人才支持。%Employment difficulty is a structural contradiction of the labor market, which reflects the imbalance of the sup- ply of college students and the demand of the labor market. Economic restructuring and upgrading needs a large number of creative talents, and requires colleges and universities to develop entrepreneurship education. To meet the demand of the labor market and to provide suitable talents for the change of the mode of economic development, we should improve college stu- dents＂ employability by establishing the driving mechanism of entrepreneurship education, by promoting their entrepreneurial awareness, spirit, knowledge and skills, and by encouraging them to take internships and practice.
