教育转型视角下的高校学生评价

摘要

This paper reviews the connotation of higher education personnel training in the perspective of education transformation, analyses the bottlenecks that restrict the growth and development of innovative talents, providing a reference for reforming and improving the student evaluation system of innovative talents cultivation.%学生评价是促进学生成长与发展的“指挥棒”。它既可以引导人才培养朝着创新型人才的方向发展，也可能阻滞大学生创新意识、创新人格、创新思维和创新潜能的培养。本文基于教育转型视角分析现行学生评价制约创新型人才成长存在的问题，为完善创新型人才培养的学生评价机制提供借鉴。
