水资源胁迫下基于粮食安全的现代农业技术创新趋势及策略

摘要

目前我国水资源短缺形势日趋严峻,粮食安全问题十分突出,需要积极寻找缓解水资源对粮食生产的胁迫和增加粮食有效供给的新路径.水资源节约增效型农业技术创新是有效解决这一问题的突破口.本文从大力发展节水灌溉、保水保肥和农村污水环境治理的角度,探讨了水资源胁迫下,基于粮食安全考虑的现代农业技术创新任务和趋势,并提出了相关对策与建议.%Nowadays, our food security is increasingly threatened by the severe shortage of water resources, we should zealously seek after a new approach to alleviate the water resources threaten to food production and enhance efficacious food supply. Agricultural technological innovation of water resources saving and efficacious enhancing is an effective breakthrough. This paper analyzed modern agricultural technological innovation trend and task from the view of water-saving irrigation technological innovation, water-retention and fertilizer-retention technological innovation and sewage disposal technological innovation under the threaten of water resources to food security, then raised some related measurements.
