我国粮食安全受到人口增加、耕地减少、土壤退化、环境污染、水资源短缺等多种资源和环境因素的影响,耕地的数量、质量、生态等问题异常突出.本文分析了我国在实施粮食安全战略的过程中所面临的困境,探讨了如何控制农业面源污染,改善农业生产条件的具体措施,提出了我国的粮食安全必须立足本国,实施农业科技革命,实行最严格的耕地保护制度.%The safety of our foods are affected by varieties of resources and environmental factors, such as the increasing of population, reduction of arable land, deterioration of soil, pollution of environment, shortage of water resources, etc. Among them, the problems of farmland amount, quality and ecology are exceedingly outstanding. In this article, I analyze the predicament that we face in the process of carrying out of the strategy of safety of food, discuss how to control the agricultural area-source pollution and improve the conditions for agricultural production, and also come out with the theory that the policy of our foods safety must be conformed to the situation in our country, the government should put the revolution of agricultural science and technology into effect, and exercise the most stringent protection system of cultivated land.
