植物次生代谢酚类物质含量与空气污染关系研究

         

摘要

The plantsecondary metabolite reflects the response ofplants to the environment,and thus itcan be used as the bio-indicator of environmental quality. The relationship between the total phenol concentrations of the common greening trees L.lucidumand L.quihoui and atmospheric pollution was studied.The totalphenolconcentration ofL. lucidumvaried from10.82 to 45.36 mg/g, while the concentration value range of L.quihoui was 24.14-95.89 mg/g. There wasa significantdifference (P <0.05)between the totalphenolconcentrationsofthose two species.A tthe different sampling sites with different atmospheric environments,the total phenol concentrations of two trees also showed significant differences. There was a significant, negative correlation between the total phenol concentrations of L. lucidumand the atmospheric SO 2 concentrations (P <0.05),whereas no significant associations were found between concentrations oftotalphenoland otherpollutants.W hen trees are exposed to the naturalenvironmentalconditions,the totalphenolcontentsin treesalwaysincrease in response to the combined airpollution,notto the pollution caused by the individualpollutants.%植物次生代谢产物反映了植物对环境的响应,可以作为环境变化的指示物。针对西安不同大气环境条件,研究了常见绿化植物大叶女贞(Ligustrum lucidum)和小叶女贞(Ligustrum quihoui)叶内总酚含量与空气污染物之间的关系。结果表明,大叶女贞的总酚含量变化为10.82-45.36 mg/g,小叶女贞为24.14-95.89 mg/g,物种之间具有显著的差异,同时具有显著的线性相关性;不同大气环境的采样点之间也具有显著的差异。大叶女贞中总酚含量与SO2浓度之间达到5%的负相关,其余污染因子与总酚含量之间的关系均不显著。植物暴露于自然复合污染的环境条件下,总酚含量的升高是对复合污染的响应,与单个污染物之间的关系相对较弱。
