流域水污染模拟预测及应急处理系统研究——以淮河为例

     

摘要

The sudden water pollution accidents of river basin caused the huge casualties and property losses,as well as enormous threats to the ecological environments and have by far exceeded the capacity of normal management of the governments,society and organizations,so that it is of great significance for water pollution monitoring and emergency handling. In this paper,based on 3S techniques, we developed the four-layer architecture including acquisition layer, data layet, application layer and present layer, established the water pollution transportation model to meet the requirement of flood regulation and water quality' s control, and built the application system. The application in Huaihe River realized water pollution automatic monitoring and emergency decision-making handling.%流域水污染突发事件往往超出政府、社会和组织的常态管理能力,造成对生命、财产、环境等的严重威胁和损害,实现其模拟监测与应急处理意义重大.本文以3S技术作为支撑,设计了流域水污染模拟预测及应急处理系统的采集层、数据层、应用层、表示层4层架构,建立了复杂水流条件和水质调度要求的水污染模拟仿真模型,并开发了实际系统,通过在淮河流域的应用,实现了对水污染的自动监测和突发事件应急决策处理.
