高度近视相关基因的研究进展

摘要

High myopia is a common blinding eye disease with high specificity and population genetic heterogeneity.It has emerged as a major public health concern,which is often accompanied by many severe associated comorbidities,including retinal detachment,cataract and glaucoma.While rarely effective treatment Is found so far.This article reviews recent advances in understanding genetic mechanism of high myopia,such as mode of inheritance,MYP locus and candidate genes.%高度近视是一种常见的可致盲眼病,具有高度的种群特异性和遗传异质性,常伴有视网膜脱落、白内障、青光眼等严重并发症,目前尚无有效的治疗手段.本文从现代医学和分子遗传学的角度深入阐述了高度近视的遗传方式、MYP基因位点、候选致病基因等遗传学研究进展.
