摘要

Superconducting Quantum InterferenceDevice(SQUID)magnetometer is a kind ofmagnetic flux sensor with high sensitivity,andtherefore can be used in geological prospectand biomagnetic field etc..But the SQUIDmagnetometer used before has to be used atthe temperature of 4.2K provided by liquidhelium and thus its application is limited.
