地铁车站深基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的影响分析

摘要

深基坑开挖会引起基坑周边土体应力场变化和土体位移，对邻近建筑物造成影响。本文以杭州市地铁汽车城站深基坑为例，分析了基坑开挖对邻近建筑物沉降的影响，研究结果表明基坑开挖使邻近建筑物地基土体沉降量超出规定，采用高压旋喷桩止水帷幕及对建筑物基础注浆加固的方法，有效控制了邻近建筑物的沉降变形。%The excavation of deep foundation pit may cause a stress variation in the soil mass around , which possibly lead to the deformation of the adjacent structures .The paper uses Hangzhou metro-bus station as the study object to analyze the influence of excavation on the adjacent structures .The results indicate that the excavation leads to an excessive settlement in the soil mass of the foundations ,which can be resolved by either the water-stop curtain made by the high-pressure chemical churning pile or foundation grouting reinforcement.
