动静荷载作用下衬砌裂损原因及加固技术研究

             

摘要

Lining crack is one of the principal diseases of the tunnel engineering during operation period,which affects the bearing capacity of the tunnel structure seriously. Based on the disease control for one tunnel lining crack, the safety of lining structure was evaluated by field investigation and special detection and the causes of lining crack were analyzed under the action of dynamic and static load. Calculation analysis shows that the deformation diagram of tunnel lining is Y-axis symmetry and the stress diagram is central symmetry under seismic dynamic load,crack lining deformation with the stiffness degradation model is mainly the vertical deformation under the loose static load. Reinforcement measures for tunnel diseases were put forward and the bearing capacity after crack lining reinforcement by adopting the loose static load and tunnel gauge collapse arch load was calculated,which could provide a reference for reinforcement measures of tunnel lining crack.%衬砌裂损是运营期隧道工程的主要病害之一,对隧道结构承载力的影响尤为严重。本文以某隧道衬砌裂损的病害整治为依托,基于现场调查和专项检测对衬砌结构安全进行了评价;同时分析了在动、静荷载作用下衬砌裂损的原因。计算分析显示:地震动荷载作用下隧道衬砌变形图呈 y 轴对称,应力图呈中心对称;在松散静荷载作用下采用刚度退化模型的裂损衬砌变形主要为竖直方向变形。而后对病害隧道提出了加固措施,并分别采用松散静荷载和隧规塌落拱荷载对裂损衬砌加固后的承载力进行了验算,为隧道衬砌裂损的加固措施提供了依据。
