铁路桥梁梁端间弹性体伸缩缝基层粘结性能探讨

         

摘要

桥梁梁端间弹性体伸缩缝作为一种新型的梁端防水装置,近年来在铁路建设中逐渐得到了应用。本文从弹性体伸缩缝和聚氨酯防水层在工作状态下的混凝土基层受力模式、材料粘结性能指标、对混凝土基层的处理要求等方面,对这2种防水体系的混凝土基层粘结性能进行了分析对比,认为弹性体伸缩缝的薄弱环节是弹性体与混凝土基层的粘结部位,进而针对弹性体伸缩缝的设计施工、试验检验、修补维护等方面提出了相应的技术措施及合理化建议。%Elastomer expansion joint has been gradually applied as a new waterproof device used at the beam ends in railway engineering in recent years. In this paper,base bonding characteristics of two waterproof systems including elastomer expansion joint and polyurethane waterproof layer were discussed from the aspect of stress pattern of concrete member base under working condition,the bond characteristic index,and the requirements for concrete base surface. T hrough analysis,the bond between elastomer expansion joint and concrete base was regarded as a weak part. Corresponding suggestion was proposed in terms of its design,construction,testing,inspection,repair and m aintenance.
