基于HHT方法对隧道施工爆破振动信号的分析

         

摘要

利用HHT分析法处理输气管道爆破施工传播到大秦线重载铁路路基的爆破振动信号,获得频域和能量方面的信息,得到了信号Hilbert谱、Hilbert能量谱、瞬时能量,从频率和能量方面分析了爆破振动信号的时频特征,并验证了HHT分析法在处理爆破振动信号中的可靠性和高效性.结果表明:爆破施工对大秦线重载铁路路基安全没有影响.从c2分量瞬时包络曲线中找到了各个段次雷管之间的延时时间,可为之后的爆破设计优化提供参考.%Blasting vibration signals of gas pipeline blasting construction spread to Dalian-Qinhuangdao heavy haul railway subgrade were processed by HHT analysis method,the informations in frequency domain and energy were obtained,the signal Hilbert spectrum, Hilbert energy spectrum and instantaneous energy were concluded, and the time-frequency characteristics of blasting vibration signals were analyzed in terms of frequency and energy.The results show that the blasting construction has no effect on the safety of Dalian-Qinhuangdao heavy haul railway subgrade. The delay time between detonators of each section was determined from the instantaneous envelope curve of c2 component,which could provide a reference for the blasting design and optimization.
