SVG could display vector graphics of high quality on the Web pages by using pure text, so it was very suitable to publish graphics on the Web. It was a kind of graphic format based on text and designed specially for Web. The Permanent Way Dispatching Management System was a multi-grade distributed application system and applied to permanent way departments, divisions, workshops and regions. The System needed graphical and visual using methods.
