This article summarized the concept and background of big data, and the signiifcance of application of big data in the ifeld of railway passenger transport, analyzed the characteristics of the data source and demand of the big data platform, described related techniques and software applications of existing big data collection, proposed the data collection scheme of big data platform for railway passenger transport.%简要介绍大数据的概念、背景及其在铁路客运领域的应用意义，分析铁路客运大数据平台的数据源特点和需求特点，举例陈述现有大数据采集的相关技术以及软件应用，提出对铁路客运大数据平台数据采集方案的构想。
