基于IC卡的铁路货物押运安全监控系统的研究

In order to change the traditional model of railway freight escort safety monitoring and management, meet the requirements for cargo security, it was put forward the technical proposal of the Railway Freight Escort Safety Monitoring System including the general frame, process design, function design, the System was based on contactless IC card. The application of the System could improve the quality and efifciency of the escorting, provide a technical support for the railway freight transport security.%为了改变铁路货物押运安全监控与管理的传统模式，满足货运安全保障的应用需求，提出了基于非接触式IC卡铁路货物押运安全监控系统的技术方案，包括系统的总体架构、流程设计和功能设计等，阐述了系统关键技术。系统的应用将提高押运质量和效率，为铁路货运安全保障提供技术支撑。
