SCIC 技术对 LAVA 多期动态 MRI 定量分析的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨表面线圈信号校准技术(SCIC)对 LAVA 多期动态增强 MRI 定量分析的影响。方法:采用不同浓度的钆溶液作为实验模型模拟多期动态 MRI 的定量分析的 T1 mapping 过程,以单层反转恢复快速自旋回波序列(IR-FSE)作为金标准测量不同浓度钆溶液的 T1值,同时分别以使用及不使用 SCIC 技术的可变翻转角 LAVA 测量其 T1值,并与金标准测的 T1值比较。结果:去除 SCIC 技术时,可变翻转角 LAVA 与 IR-FSE 测量 T1值的相关系数为0.964(P <0.001),且随钆溶液浓度增高,测得的 T1值减低;使用 SCIC 技术后,可变翻转角 LAVA 与 IR-FSE 测量 T1值的相关系数为0.667(P <0.001),且所测得的 T1值与浓度无明显递减关系。结论:SCIC 技术影响测得 T1值的准确性,从而影响LAVA 多期动态 MRI 定量分析。%Objective:To investigate the effects of surface coil intensity correction (SCIC)technology on the quatita-tive analysis of dynamic contranst enhancement-MRI (DCE-MRI)with LAVA sequence.Methods:The MRI system phan-toms with dilated gadolinium solution of different concentrations were scanned using variable flip angles (VFAs)LAVA se-quence with or without SCIC technology to simulate T1 mapping protocols.Referring longitudinal relaxation times T1 were obtained using single slice inversion-recovery prepared fast spin echo (IR-FSE)sequence.T1 value measurements of VFAs LAVA sequence with or without SCIC were documented and then compared with the referring T1 values.Results:T1 values mesured by LAVA sequence decreased with the increase of the gadolinium concentration when skipping SCIC technology, and the correlation coefficient of the T1 values between LAVA sequence with VFAs and single slice IR-FSE was 0.964 (P <0.001).Whereras the T1 values didn't decrease with the increase of the concentration when using SCIC technology with the correlation coefficient 0.667 (P <0.001).Conclusion:The SCIC technology affects quantitative analysis of DCE-MRI on its accuracy of the T1 values.
