主要研究故障模式及影响分析( FMEA)方法在电子设备结构可靠性设计中的应用。简要介绍了FMEA方法的工作流程,阐述了定义约定层次、建立方框图、确定故障模式和风险分析评定的方法等内容。以电子设备为例,详细说明了FMEA在电子设备结构可靠性设计中如何分析设备结构潜在的故障模式、故障影响、故障原因和风险度等,并提出纠正措施对设备结构进行改进。根据分析结果编写了FMEA报告,并进行FMEA评审。经试验验证,该方法适合于电子设备结构可靠性设计与分析。%The application of FMEA on the construction design of electronic equipment is mainly researched in this paper. This paper briefly introduces the process of FMEA.The methods defining indenture levels,setting up block diagram,confirming fault mode, calculating RPN is expounded. Taking electronic equipment as an example, it explicates the method of analyzing the potential fault mode,the cause of fault mode,the influence and RPN of fault mode.The Corrective measure is put forward to ameliorate the construction of electronic equipment.The FMEA report is compiled base on the analysis result and reviewed by experts.The experimental results have proved the method is suit for the design and analysis of electronic equipment construction.
