基于MOSFET的负载开关设计与实现

     

摘要

针对电源遥控功能在通信系统中的应用,为满足通过TTL电平指令控制电源模块开关的需求,在对MOS管开关过程详细分析的基础上,设计了基于MOS管的负载开关缓启动电路。对MOS管开关过程通过Saber软件进行仿真,提出了关键参数的选取原则。仿真结果表明, MOS管作为负载开关能够很好地抑制冲击电流,并成功应用于工程实际中。%Aiming at the application of power telecontrol function in communication system,to satisfy the requirement of power module switch controlled by TTL order,based on the detailed analysis of MOSFET switch process,the slow start circuit of load switch based on MOSFET is designed.The switch process of MOSFET is simulated by software Saber,and the selection principle of key parame⁃ters is proposed.The simulation results show that the MOSFET as a load switch can restrain surge current effectively,and it has applied in engineering practice successfully.
