植物来源细菌外排泵抑制剂研究进展

摘要

随着抗菌药物在临床上的广泛使用，细菌的耐药问题日益突出，其中主动外排是导致细菌产生多重耐药的重要原因。逆转细菌耐药已成为当今研究的热点，外排泵抑制剂可以抑制细菌对进入胞体内药物的外排作用，从而提高耐药细菌对药物的敏感性。有研究显示植物提取物具有抑制细菌外排的作用，论文就近年来有关植物来源外排泵抑制剂的研究进展进行了综述。%With the widespread use of antibacterial agents in clinic,the problem of bacterial resistance has become increasingly prominent,and active efflux is an important cause of multiple drug-resistant of bacte-ria.Reverse of bacterial resistance has become hot spots in the study.Efflux pump inhibitors can inhibit bacteria from discharging the drug which has entered its body,thereby enhancing the sensitivity of resist-ant bacteria to the drug.Studies have shown that plant extracts have the function of inhibiting bacterial ef-flux.This article reviewed the researches in recent years about the new progress on efflux pump inhibitors from plant.
