奶牛布鲁菌病三种血清学诊断方法的比较研究

摘要

为给奶牛布鲁菌病诊断提供技术参考，采用虎红平板凝集试验（RBT）、试管凝集试验（SAT）和补体结合试验（CFT）三种血清学方法分别对420份奶牛血清样本进行比较检测。结果表明，RBT、SAT和CFT的阳性检出率依次为13．81％（58/420）、9．29％（39/420）和8．81％（37/420）。以 SAT定量检测结果为参照标准，CFT的符合率较RBT高，且待检血清CFT溶血程度与SAT抗体效价呈现一定的相关性。%In order to provide technical reference for diagnosis of brucellosis in dairy cattle,420 serum sam-ples were detected and compared by RBT,SAT and CFT.The results showed that the positive rates of RBT,SAT and CFT were 13.81%,9.29% and 8.81%.Compared with the results of quantitative detection by SAT,the conformity rate of CFT was higher than that of RBT,and the corelation was observed between CFT hemolytic degree and SAT antibody titer.
