粤北地区梅花猪链球菌的分离鉴定和药敏试验

摘要

对来自粤北某梅花猪养殖基地存在的不同程度呼吸道症状和无症状梅花猪，采取鼻腔拭子进行细菌性疾病调查，通过对优势菌的观察、分离纯化、染色镜检、生理生化试验和16 S rRNA 基因序列比对分析，确定2株优势菌为猪链球菌。荚膜多糖抗原（CPS）基因分型确定1株为猪链球菌9型，另1株为28型。药敏试验结果表明，2株猪链球菌对12种抗菌药物敏感，对17种抗菌药物不敏感。%To investigate bacterial diseases of Plum flower pigs,nasal swabs were sampled from the pigs with clinical respiratory symptoms of varying degrees and no symptoms.Two strains of dominant bacteria were obtained on the medium of bovine heart infusion agar,and identified as Streptococcus suis by a series of tests such as purified culture,morphological characteristics,staining and microscopy,physiological and biochemical tests and 16 S rRNA sequence alignment and analysis.One of the strains was serotyped as ser-ovar 9 and the other was as serovar 28 by PCR amplification with primers CPS of 35 serovars of S.suis. The results of drug susceptibility test showed that two strains of S.suis were susceptible to 12 antimicrobi-als,and were resistant to 17 antimicrobials.
