探讨了棉锦混纺纱的生产工艺及措施。选择合理的混和方式，对锦纶原料进行预处理，控制好相对湿度，各工序配置合理的工艺参数、选择合适的纺纱器材，最终顺利纺制出C／N65／3536．4 tex、C／N65／3517．1 tex系列棉锦混纺纱。%The production process and measurement of cotton/polyamide blend yarns were studied. Finally, C/N 65/35 36. 4 tex and C/N 65/35 17. 1 tex series of cotton/polyamide blend yams were spinned by choosing the reasonable mixing methods, doing pretreatment on polyamide materials, controling the relative humidity well, disposing suitable production parameters for every process and selecting reasonable spinning machine.
