对四川茧丝绸产业的现状、在全国所处地位和存在问题进行了详细分析,根据国家和省＂十二五＂发展纲要及规划,针对性地提出了在产业结构调整和发展方式转变中的对策建议。%It made a detailed analysis for the situation and the existent problems of cocoon and silk industry in Sichuan province,and the position of cocoon and silk industry in China.Then according to the＂12th Five-Year＂ program for the development and planning of China and Sichuan province,it put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of the industrial restructuring and change of development mode.
