突触囊泡再循环与阿尔茨海默病

         

摘要

突触丢失与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)病人的认知功能下降密切相关,然而突触功能障碍和丢失的分子机制仍然不清楚.突触囊泡再循环是突触传递的重要步骤.越来越多的证据表明,AD病人的突触囊泡再循环功能发生障碍,从而破坏了正常神经环路的完整性.本文简要综述参与突触囊泡再循环的突触蛋白及其在AD中的改变.%Loss of synapses correlates well with cognitive decline in Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the synaptic dysfunction and loss are not well understood. Syn-aptic vesicle (SV) recycling is a key process for synaptic transmission. A body of evidences suggested that malfunction or loss of the machinery for SV recycling occurred in AD, which could result in disruption of neuronal circuitry. In this article, we summarized the recent progress in the research of synaptic proteins for SV recycling and the pathological changes of some proteins in AD.
