As the body's natural endogenous substances, exosomes become effective drug delivery carrier due to the characteristics of membrane stability and targeting property. At the same time, microR-NAs packaged by exosomes play a key role in the aspects such as disease diagnosis in the early stage, tar-geted therapy, angiogenesis, and provide more effective targets for the prevention and treatment of cardio-vascular disease.
