糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能血清学检验的价值分析

摘要

目的：分析糖尿病肾病患者肾功能血清学检验的价值。方法回顾分析112例糖尿病患者临床资料，分为观察A组（ DN患者），50例；观察B组（非DN患者），62例。另设对照组（健康体检者），55例。对比三组血清BUN、mALB与Scr检测水平，不同HbA1c值与mALB水平关系。结果观察A组血清BUN、mALB与Scr水平均比观察B组和对照组高，比较差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；观察B组血清BUN、mALB与Scr水平与对照组相比未见明显差异（ P﹥0.05）；HbA1c值高低与mALB水平高低成正比。结论血清BUN、mALB与Scr水平可作为DN早期诊断依据，应高度重视。%Objective To investigate the value of serological tests of renal function on patients with diabet-ic nephropathy. Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with diabetes were retrospectively analyzed and di-vided into two groups:50 cases were observed in group A( DN patients),and 62 cases were observed in group B ( non DN). Another control group( healthy physical examination)was set,which includes 55 cases. The levels of serum BUN,mALB and Scr in three groups were compared and the relationship between HbA1c value and mALB level were detected. Results The serum BUN,mAlb and SCR levels of group A were higher than those of group B and the control group(P﹤0. 05). There were no significant difference(P﹥0. 05)between the serum BUN, mAlb and SCR levels of Group B and control group. HbA1c level is proportional to mAlb level. Conclusion The levels of serum BUN,mALB and Scr can be used as the basis for the early diagnosis of DN and should be high-ly valued.
